With over 30 years of experience, and a national reference in the sector, Chef Eduardo Duarte leads Blank's kitchen with thoughtfulness and serenity. In his curriculum, the current Chef of the Portuguese national football team has thousands of events, with both meals for 9,000 people and exclusive and intimate cocktails.
